Schedules
Each resident rotation, call, and vacation scheduled were specifically designed to integrate the regulations of vital government organizations, including the American Board of Internal Medicine, the New York State Department of Health, the ACGME, and the University’s own Institutional Policies. Residents are given the opportunity to fill all necessary requirements during these residency schedules while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The schedules provided by Upstate Medical University strive to offer residents a comprehensive educational experience, all while maintaining a balance between academics, research, clinical rotations, and a healthy social life.
