Upstate Medical University proudly offers Inclusive Health Services (IHS), providing an affirming space for primary care tailored specifically to the LGBTQ+ community, including comprehensive transgender care, regardless of HIV status. Our dedicated team comprises a diverse group of professionals, including Infectious Disease Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Office Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers, Case Managers, Clerical Staff, and Peers.
