Your Interview

Your Infectious Disease Fellowship interview will be coordinated directly by Danielle Scott, Fellowship Program Administrator, at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Applicants considered for an interview will be contacted and invited to SUNY Upstate Medical University for an interview with the Program Director and selected faculty.

ERAS Applications are reviewed in mid-September. Interviews are typically scheduled for mid-October.

Interviews are 30-minute round table interview via zoom, typically with the Program Director, Program Coordinator, and faculty members. Applicants may be invited for an in-person visit based on guidance provided by the institution as well as our governing body. In-person visits consist of a full day of activities, typically 30 minutes each with individual faculty. In-person visits may include lunch, tours, conference participation, and fellow-to-fellow discussions.
